- 11/0 seed beads Toho "Antique Silver Nickel" (711)
- 8/0 seed beads Toho "Antique Silver Nickel" (711)
- SuperDuo beads "Metallic Suede Blue"
- 3mm druks "Metallic Suede Blue"
Just a quick post to show you one of the projects I've been working on. I first blogged about the "ADwade SuperDuo Earrings" HERE. Then, a few days later, I blogged HERE about this pair:
- 15/0 seed beads Toho "Antique Bronze" (223)
- 11/0 seed beads Toho "Antique Bronze" (223)
- 8/0 seed beads Toho "Antique Bronze" (223)
- SuperDuo beads "Metallic Suede Blue"
- 3mm druks "Metallic Suede Blue"
My sister-in-law loved them so much that she asked me to make a pair of them for her with the bronze seed beads and also make a pair with the same blue SuperDuos but with silver seed beads. We both agree that they look even more stunning in silver:
Hi Linda, I love this earrings! The ADwade earrings in blue are the best! And I really like the Gypsy Earrings in Rose Gold Topaz Luster. Thank you so much for discovering this wonderful earrings and sharing with us your versions of the design and color!!! Best, Raisa
ReplyDeleteLinda, I made the ADwade earrings by looking at your pictures. Used 8/0 seed beads instead of 3mm druks (don't have them yet). Actually it worked better for me that the pattern didn't have a bead in the center - I would not be able to find one in my stash to coordinate with other beads ;-). And this is the reason I didn't make the Gypsy earrings yet. Need more colors of my favorite superduos and fire polished beads... Thanks again, Raisa
DeleteI'm glad to hear that 8/0 beads work. It's always nice to have more options. You can also use 3mm bicones and fire polished beads.
DeleteI can't wait for the pattern..hint hint...
ReplyDeleteI would love to post the pattern but I can't because it's not my design. Sorry.
DeleteStunning earrings, and I am having the most intense "munchies" for the pattern to become available from the designer! Am a newbie to bead weaving and don't think I can figure it out like you did, but will try... The blue and silver is just gorgeous, and really, so are the blue and gold. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletevery easy to do, even without a pattern, like so many others. one time
ReplyDeleteput the photo on the Internet, for those who are really good, and very easy to go back to the tutorial and get them, modestly I do not need to buy the diagrams, I go back to the procedure alone.
