Bracelet of the Day: Eclipse Bracelet - Green & Copper

ECLIPSE BRACELET
  • 11/0 seed beads Matsuno "Copper" (457A)
  • 8/0 seed beads Matsuno "Copper" (457A)
  • SuperDuo beads "Opaque Green Luster"
  • 4mm metal beads "Antique Copper" (Hobby Lobby)
  • 3mm metal beads "Antique Copper" (Hobby Lobby)
  • 4mm druks "Old Ivory" (from "Brown Luster Mix")

I made this bracelet as a surprise for my friend Teejay. I sent her a package of beading goodies and I like to include a bracelet and/or earrings whenever I send her something. This one is very similar to the one I blogged about HERE, but it has slightly different colored beads. The pattern is from Deborah Roberti and you can buy it HERE.

I also sent a pair of "Arula" earrings to go with Teejay's bracelet. I blogged about that pattern HERE.

  • 3mm round metal beads "Antique Copper" (Hobby Lobby)
  • 11/0 Matsuno "Copper" (11-457A)
  • 15/0 Matsuno "Copper" (15-457A)
  • Rulla beads "Opaque Luster Green"

In the same package, I sent Teejay another pair of "Arula" earrings to go with a bracelet that I'd sent her another time.

  • 3mm druks "Forest Greens"
  • Rulla beads "Aquamarine Travertine Dark"
  • 11/0 Light Bronze (11-457L)
  • 15/0 Light Bronze (15-457L

Below is the matching "Chandra Bracelet", which I blogged about HERE:

    1. Thanks, Jeanie. Those Matsuno copper seed beads were a nightmare to work with because they're so irregular, especially the 15/0's. I've vowed never to buy that brand again. They're almost as bad as Chinese seed beads. I wish that Miyuki or Toho made beads in that shade of copper. Theirs are all too red.
