Earlier this month, I blogged HERE about sample earring above. While I loved the fringe part of the earring, I wasn't keen on the solid black top section. So, I changed the top part to make it more interesting and added a bit of a "V" at the top of the fringe to give it a nicer shape. I'm very happy with this version and I plan to make the same design in different colors.
You can buy Delica beads at Red Panda, Aura Crystals, Supply Emporium and Baubles & Beads.
You have 8/0 black seed beads on the list bit I can't tell from the design where you would use them. Any comment?
ReplyDeleteI used two 8/0 seed beads at the very top of the earrings to attach the jump rings. I do this on all of my fringe earrings and also on my Russian Leaf earrings.
DeleteDo you have a pattern for these earrings? I am new at this and want to make them so so badly!!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda. Besides my color chart above, making these fringe earrings is more about learning a technique than an actual pattern. You'll need to learn how to do Brick Stitch. Once you've learned how, you can follow any color chart to make fringe earrings.
DeleteArtbeads has two really good tutorials HERE and HERE.
The first link is a tutorial for making earrings very similar to these. The second link goes to a basic tutorial for how to do Brick Stitch. There are lots of YouTube videos that show how to do Brick Stitch. I have a post HERE that has some other links to tutorials and videos.
Es elegante y sencillo para hacerlo me voy a aprobar que lo puedo hacer gracias felicidades
