I don't know why I never thought to post these here before. I've been making these desk calendars for many years for myself and for gifts. They're just the right size to fit in a 5x7" picture frame but I use special kinds of frames. The frames that I use for the women's calendars have a piece of glass being held in place by four fancy metal corner pieces. I remove the glass, insert all twelve pages of the calendar and the corners hold the pages in place. These special frames are getting more difficult to find now. I used to get them at Dollar Tree and Family Dollar but I haven't seen them in ages. You could use a regular picture frame as long as the frame doesn't cover the edges too much. A clear plastic L-shaped frame would also work but you'll only be able to fit one page in it at a time.
If you don't want to print out the calendar, it would also work nicely as computer desktop wallpaper if you add a border around it to make it fit your screen. I will try to remember to post a new calendar page here each month for you to use as you like. The calendar image above is much larger than it appears here on my blog. Click on it to see it full size.
Below you can see two of my previous years' calendars in their frames:
I use different kinds of picture frames for calendars that I make for men. One kind is simply a black plastic frame that the pages sort of snap into from the front after I remove the glass. Here are some photos showing that type of frame:
There is another type of frame that works well for men's calendars. They're metal and the pages slide into the metal frame from the top and there are slots down the side that hold them in place once the glass has been removed. Below you can see how those look:
Here are the thumbnail images from a fun calendar that I made for my son in 2012. I used one of the black plastic frames for this one. Each month featured a different classic video game:
