Playing with my beads...MiniDuo Bands with Honeycomb Jewels

MiniDuo Bands by Deb Roberti

I have just enough of each of these Honeycomb Jewel colors left after making the "Demoiselle" bracelets to make these two "MiniDuo Bands" for myself. I fell in love with them as soon as I saw the samples and I can't wait to make the bracelets.

  • 11/0 seed beads Miyuki "Dark Bronze" (457)
  • 11/0 seed beads Toho "Permanent Finish Matte Galvanized Mauve" (556PFF)
  • Honeycomb Jewel beads "Senegal Purple"
  • MiniDuo beads "White Senegal Brown Purple"

  • 11/0 seed beads Miyuki "Dark Bronze" (457)
  • 11/0 seed beads Toho "Hybrid Oxidized Bronze Clay" (Y864)
  • Honeycomb Jewel beads "Chalk Lazure Blue"
  • MiniDuo beads "Metallic Suede Gold"

You can buy this pattern at Around the Beading Table, HERE.

  2. I love this pattern and am on my third bracelet. I do notice however that some of my X's with the seed beads get a little wonky and not straight. Drives me crazy. Not sure if its the seed bead, or not pulling thread tight enough. Using Miyuki.
I enjoy your site very much. Thank you for inspiring us with your beautiful jewelry!

    1. If it's any comfort, I just took a close look at the X's in my sample photos above and they're kind of wonky. It's not really noticeable though at actual size. Photos online always show more detail than is visible to the naked eye.
