Gypsy Earrings - Apollo Gold & Pewter

  • 15/0 seed beads Miyuki "Duracoat Galvanized Pewter" (D4222)
  • 11/0 seed beads Miyuki "Duracoat Galvanized Pewter" (D4222)
  • 8/0 seed beads  Miyuki "Duracoat Galvanized Pewter" (D4222)
  • 6mm fire polished beads "Matte Apollo Gold"
  • SuperDuo beads "Crystal Bronze Copper"
  • 4mm fire polished beads "Matte Apollo Gold"

You can read my previous posts about this design HERE, HERE and HERE. I liked this color combo so well that I made a pair of them. I really like how the pewter and copper look together so I will probably use this combination in some other projects.

  2. Dear Linda: Can you give us some hints on which seed beads are which? I have a hard time from the pictures figuring out which ones are 11s and which are 15s in the pattern. The 8s I can usually identify.
    Thank you, DB.

    1. The only 15/0 seed beads used are for making the top loop, which is different than the one on the original earrings on Etsy, and for the netting along the bottom edge. The rest are all 11/0s and those five 8/0s between the fire polished beads.
